Bulk orders typically refer to orders weighing 10 kg+ (~22 lb). The system will recommend the best shipping option at checkout.

1️⃣ DDP Air Shipping – Fast & Reliable

  • Best for: Orders weighing 10 kg or more (~22 lb)

  • Route: Air freight from China to a U.S. airport, final delivery via UPS/FedEx

  • Transit Time: 10–15 business days*

  • Tracking: A UPS/FedEx tracking number will be provided approximately 3 business days after dispatch. You will receive a shipping update email when the tracking number is available. Please note that the tracking information may not update immediately—it usually becomes active 7–9 business days after dispatch.

Notes:

  • Shipping cost includes prepaid duties & customs clearance—we handle all customs procedures, you just wait for delivery.

  • Multiple flights are available each week.

  • Orders are generally prepared and dispatched according to our shipping schedule.

2️⃣ DDP Sea Shipping – Economical (Slower Delivery)

  • Best for: Orders weighing 10 kg or more (~22 lb)

  • Route: Sea freight from China to U.S. ports (e.g., Los Angeles, Long Beach), final delivery via UPS/FedEx

  • Transit Time: 25–30 calendar days*

  • Tracking: A UPS/FedEx tracking number will be provided approximately 3 business days after dispatch. You will receive a shipping update email when the tracking number is available. Please note that the tracking information may not update immediately. For sea shipments, tracking information typically becomes active around 22 calendar days after dispatch.

Notes:

  • Shipping cost includes prepaid duties & customs clearance—we handle all customs procedures.

  • Weekly departures every Wednesday.

  • Order cutoff: Orders placed before Monday 23:59 EST are expected to be dispatched by Friday of the same week and loaded for the following Wednesday sailing. 

    Orders placed after Monday 23:59 EST are expected to be dispatched by Friday of the following week and loaded for the Wednesday sailing of the week after next.

  • This schedule allows sufficient time for booking, packing, and container preparation—please plan your orders accordingly.

  • If an order contains out-of-stock items, it may be shipped in multiple shipments, or the entire order may be delayed by approximately one additional week, depending on the situation.

3️⃣ UPS Worldwide Express – For Urgent Orders

  • Preparation + Shipping: ~10 calendar days (3 days preparation + 5–7 days transit)

  • Notes: Duties must be paid upon delivery.
