Notification on Adjustments to Shipping Policies for Orders Sent to the United States

Dear Customers,
We would like to inform you about recent changes in the shipping policies for orders sent to the United States. Due to multiple executive orders issued by the White House, the customs duty policies for small packages entering the U.S. have been frequently modified and are currently unstable. This may result in additional taxes for some recipients.
However, we want to assure you that for orders shipped to the U.S. via Standard Shipping, if you choose this option at checkout, you will not be required to pay any additional taxes or fees upon delivery. Below is a summary of the newly released shipping policy as of February 7, 2025, which you may need to review.
Standard Shipping (DDP Service)
- Carrier: 4PX (Handled by USPS/UniUni/SPX, etc.)
- Transit Time: 9-12 business days
- Details: Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning customs clearance and taxes are covered by us. No additional fees upon delivery. You do not need to take any further action.
Expedited Shipping (DDU Service)
- Carrier: Yanwen/4PX (Handled by UPS, DHL, etc.)
- Transit Time: 5-7 business days
- Details: Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning the recipient is responsible for customs duties and taxes upon arrival. Customs will notify you for payment. Please assist with the clearance process to avoid delivery delays. Refund requests for undelivered packages due to failure to clear customs or pay taxes will not be accepted.
Important Notes
- The U.S. has temporarily reinstated the $800 tax exemption for imports, meaning you may not need to pay taxes or clear customs for expedited shipping shipments. However, please note that this notification may not reflect real-time changes, and new customs policies could impact your package.
